Join The Mather's Food & Beverage team as a Kokua Server and bring exceptional dining experiences to life in a luxury senior living environment. In this role, you will deliver professional, timely food and beverage service. You’ll build meaningful connections with residents, family members, and guests. Ensure all resident dietary needs are being followed. We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering high-end service, with a natural ability to create memorable dining moments. Part-time position available; FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES. W eekend, weeknight, and holiday availability required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Welcomes all tables with a warm and friendly greeting. Takes accurate food orders. Serves food and beverages in multiple restaurant venues with differing styles of service. Is knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings and can provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Promptly and accurately closes checks. Always maintains a neat and orderly appearance according to established standards. Completes related tasks and side work as assigned. Demonstrates a positive, respectful, and professional team approach and communicates effectively with residents, peers, and managers. Consistently communicates resident and guest's concerns to supervisors and/or management. Assists in maintaining and achieving departmental sanitation standards and goals. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Required: Excellent interaction and communication skills. Demonstrates completion of assigned duties through effective teamwork. Strong hospitality service skills and a passion for interacting with people. English language proficiency. Preferred: Prior service experience in dining environment. The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions.
