Role Overview Finnable is hiring a KYC Verification Associate to manage KYC verification processes, conduct outbound calls to customers, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end KYC verification processes. • Conduct outbound calls to customers for verification and clarification. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. • Maintain accurate documentation and update systems regularly. • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and case closure. Requirements • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory). • Knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage. • Basic analytical skills with understanding of finance/accounting concepts. • Ability to handle customer conversations confidently. • Flexible to work on Saturdays and Sundays (weekly offs on rotational basis). Must-Have Qualifications • Conversational proficiency in Hindi. • Professional proficiency in English. • Immediate joiners preferred. • Freshers are encouraged to apply. Work Schedule This role requires flexibility to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with weekly offs provided on a rotational weekday basis as per roster.
