As a Core Lab Supervisor , you will oversee daily Core Lab operations, drive quality and operational excellence, mentor and develop laboratory staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and patient safety standards. In addition, you will serve as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
