Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or related field Valid driver’s license (required for field travel) Strong influencing and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future staffing needs Design and execute field recruiting strategies that support those needs Source qualified candidates using databases, networking, referrals, job fairs, and online resources Lead and organize local job fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting efforts Review applications and match candidates to job requirements
