The Laboratory Assistant is responsible for clinical laboratory duties to include, but are not limited to:
Reception and Telephone duties, operating laboratory equipment including HIS/LIS systems, specimen handling and processing, shipping of Laboratory specimens for at Reference Laboratories. Performs Waived CLIA testing (e.g. Influenza, RSV, Group Strep A, urine HCG, MONO, WBC, Hemoglobin, CMP, INR, UA and IFOB).
