Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.   Role Summary The Lead, AI & Automation Process is a unique opportunity for a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic role that blends project management, business analysis, and digital transformation. This role combines the strategic planning and leadership of a Project Manager with the analytical, process improvement, and solution design expertise of a Business Analyst, requiring the successful candidate to seamlessly transition between multiple responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting to the Program Manager, AI & Automation, the role will independently manage projects, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. Strong communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lead complex discussions, manage competing priorities, and ensure successful project delivery through business analysis, testing, and user acceptance. You will be responsible for: Project Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Automation initiatives from discovery through implementation and transition to operations Lead the automation workstream within the organization's ERP transformation, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver workstream deliverables against committed timelines   Own project scope, schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project execution Provide regular written and verbal updates on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes to Program manager for reporting purposes Business Analysis Guide intake and triage of new AI and Automation requests based on business value, complexity, and risks Maintain and prioritize project backlog and enhancement requests in team repository Facilitate process discovery workshops to identify business challenges, improvement opportunities, and solution requirements Create process design documents and…
