Lead AI Developer

We are looking for a Lead AI Developer to join our AI Transformation team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to strengthen Vaisala’s AI-focused transformation and build scalable, trustworthy agentic AI solutions across the company. You will be responsible for turning AI from promising ideas into practical solutions used in daily work, with strong attention to technical choices, governance, security, and responsible implementation. In this role, you will work in close co-operation with the AI Developer team in Digital Excellence, AI developers across Vaisala, product development teams, architects and Vaisala’s information security community.
