Lead - Last Mile

The Lead – Last Mile Operations will be responsible for leading and optimizing last mile delivery operations across PAN India region. The role focuses on ensuring seamless B2B and B2C deliveries, maintaining high SLA adherence, improving operational efficiency, managing delivery partners, and delivering a superior customer experience. The position plays a critical role in scaling regional operations, managing multiple hubs and 3PL partners, resolving operational escalations, optimizing costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across last mile operations. This role requires strong operational leadership, analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage large-scale delivery networks in a fast-paced environment.
