About the Job
As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will take charge on emergency restoration projects for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, sewer, and storm damage. You are not only on the front lines of recovery—you lead the crew, set the standard for safety and professionalism, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company and IICRC standards.

What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sites
Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather-related events
Perform and oversee water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standards
Develop drying plans and monitor progress to ensure proper equipment placement and moisture goals are met
Remove and dispose of damaged building materials safely and efficiently
Decontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected interior spaces
Collaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store salvageable items
