Location: Kraków (hybrid work - 3 days per week in the office) Sabre is looking for a Lead Product Owner to own the product direction, roadmap, and delivery for Sabre Hub. Sabre Hub is a customer-facing access and services platform used by more than 30,000 users across over 400 airline and airport customers. It is the gateway to a broad range of Sabre applications and customer services. Its capabilities include identity and single sign-on, application access, user provisioning, customer content, product configuration, invoice distribution, contractual metrics, release notes, and training content. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with responsibility for product direction, customer and stakeholder input, investment recommendations, roadmap, backlog quality, execution support, and product expertise. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Commercial, Sales, Delivery, Customer Care, Security, and customers. The role combines day-to-day product ownership with longer-term work on identity modernization, customer self-service, platform resilience, reporting, and the replacement of legacy capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, customer focus, and delivery experience with the curiosity and confidence to work effectively with Engineering and Architecture. Deep technical expertise is not required. You should be comfortable discussing identity, platform, security, integration, and modernization trade-offs and helping teams shape practical, scalable solutions. What You'll Bring Qualifications : Significant product-management experience, ideally in enterprise software, digital platforms, identity and access, travel technology, e-commerce, customer platforms, or a similarly complex software domain. Proven ability to own product direction, roadmaps, priorities, and investment recommendations and to translate customer needs, user feedback, product usage, operational risk, technical input, and business goals into clear requirements and measurable outcomes. Strong customer-facing or market-facing experience, including work with customers, prospects, partners, commercial teams, or delivery organizations.
