Purpose of the Job: Senior Salesforce Developer position will oversee the enterprise-wide case management systems, maximizing the employee experience through the creative and technical use of the Salesforce platforms. Responsibilities: Communication & Client-Facing Responsibilities: Acts as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating technical concepts and project updates and gathering and refining requirements to ensure alignment with business goals. Design and Implement Custom Solutions: Develop custom applications and enhancements within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and improve overall system efficiency, ensuring applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Lead Technical Projects: Guide the technical aspects of projects, from conception through implementation, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable. Integrate Salesforce with Other Systems: Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using API, web services, and middleware. Data Management: Oversee data migration and data quality efforts, including designing and managing data models, data cleansing, and data loading processes. Deployment: Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as Copado, GitHub, and Jenkins. Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and quality. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with Internal Project Teams: Work closely with internal project teams, including developers, to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, project timelines are met, and high-quality solutions are delivered. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced support for Salesforce-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems quickly and efficiently. Mentorship: Mentor and train junior developers, providing guidance and reviewing their work to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
