Lead/ Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel, Livewire, and Node.js Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews Optimize application performance and scalability Manage database operations using MySQL or PostgreSQL Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance functionality Apply security best practices to safeguard applications and user data Provide technical solutioning support based on project requirements and challenges Lead and mentor the development team, providing guidance and support Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges Facilitate collaboration between developers, designers, and other stakeholders Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies  Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Hands-on experience with Laravel, Livewire, Node.js, and RESTFul APIs Strong knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL Familiar with performance optimization and security best practices Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements Proactive in identifying improvements and implementing solutions Maintain documentation for code, processes, and project specifications
