Clipchamp Role overview We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to provide technical leadership across ServiceNow development, configuration, integrations and platform governance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development along with experience leading development teams and delivering large-scale enterprise implementations. The role requires strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, enterprise integrations, platform architecture, automation and governance. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Transformation and Operations teams to design scalable solutions aligned with business objectives, ITIL processes, security requirements and ServiceNow best practices. Key responsibilities: 1.ServiceNow Development & Technical Leadership Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices. Define and execute ServiceNow development strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Design, develop and deploy ServiceNow applications, workflows, service catalogs and integrations. Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps and custom applications.
