About the role We are seeking an experienced Lead, SharePoint to own the design, development, administration, migration, governance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online solutions across Roundglass. The primary focus of this role is SharePoint Online, including enterprise intranet development, cloud content migrations, modern user experiences, governance, security, and integrations. The role will provide hands-on technical leadership, partner with business and technology teams, and mentor team members to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Experience with Power Apps and Power BI will be considered a secondary skill. What you’ll do · Lead the design, development, administration, and enhancement of SharePoint Online sites and solutions across multiple business units. · Own the SharePoint technical roadmap, architecture, governance, security, permissions, compliance, lifecycle management, and performance. · Lead migrations of data and content from cloud-storage platforms such as Box.com, Google Drive, and similar platforms to SharePoint Online. · Plan and manage migration assessment, content mapping, permissions mapping, restructuring, validation, cutover, and post-migration support. · Develop and maintain modern SharePoint intranet sites with rich, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, templates, page layouts, navigation, and reusable components. · Provide technical leadership on SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, web parts, and third-party integrations. · Design and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, pages, workflows, metadata, taxonomy, Term Store, and document-management solutions. · Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and other business applications using APIs, connectors, and custom integrations. · Use PowerShell to automate SharePoint administration, migration, reporting, and platform maintenance. · Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable…
