Role Description  We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with excellent technical and client-facing skills, to act as Lead SOC Architect to architect Security Operations Centre solutions delivered to customers.  This is a senior role and the individual will be expected to shape solutions across Services, People, Policy and Process, Technology and Physical Infrastructure layers to meet requirements and achieve objectives. The role will range from advising on design, deploying and configuring new solutions, assessing existing deployments and client capabilities to make improvements and improve overall maturity.  This role is situated within our Defence Business unit and requires a minimum of SC clearance, ideally DV clearance. Engage with client stakeholders to understand and/or define security requirements, including any accreditation requirements. Conceptualise and Architect SOC solutions (across service, people, process, technology and physical layers) including  CONOPS and contribute to high level designs, low level designs and deployment level designs. Support the design of a range of security tools. Understand and leverage BAE Systems experience, IP and expertise, with support of product and subject matter experts, to deliver secure solutions.  Core Duties   Solution architecture of  Security Operations Centre solutions to meet specific customer requirements, across solution conceptualisation, architecture, design, build, deployment and operation covering Services, People, Policy and Processes, Technology and Physical Infrastructure layers.
