Experience in UK Public Sector / Utilities is Mandatory
We're looking for a Lead Technical Business Analyst to join our Delivery team—someone who thrives at the intersection of complex technical systems and business value delivery.
As a core contributor to our product evolution, you will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and client-facing teams to drive the design and execution of secure, scalable cloud-native platforms—primarily across AWS, GCP, Azure, with expansion from UK Public Sector into BFSI and other regulated industries.
This role requires a sharp analytical mind, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with resilience and structure. You’ll be working with cutting-edge tech—Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, event-driven and big data architectures—in a culture that values security, trust, and forward-thinking innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to capture, refine, and validate business and technical requirements
Translate business goals into clear technical specifications, including user stories, process flows, and data models
Perform end-to-end technical, business, and data analysis across our product offerings and client projects
Engage with clients to understand integration, configuration, and deployment requirements
Contribute to the design of event-driven, microservices-based solutions using modern cloud and container platforms
Support domain modelling using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
Define acceptance criteria, support test planning and UAT, and contribute to release readiness
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and cross-functional alignment sessions
Serve as the vital link between engineering, QA, product, and client stakeholders
