About the Role:
We’re currently recruiting a Full-Time Driver Trainer to support our growing Kingston Schools Operations . In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the next generation of professional drivers while ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service and uphold our safety-first culture.
Hourly Rate: $25.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Primary Responsibilities
The Driver Trainer is responsible for training and teaching employees how to drive all Company owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner. The role also includes providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
This position includes the following duties:
Conduct Driver Assessments to evaluate skill, safety, and readiness.
Deliver Voyago Division Training Programs in accordance with company standards and policies.
Facilitate License Upgrading programs, specifically for B Class licensing.
Lead external instructional training sessions as required.
Support the Transit Supervisor with additional duties and projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following:
Valid B or E Class License held for a minimum of 3 years required
Clean Driver Abstract with no demerit points required
Clean Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening required
