The Leader, Enterprise Compliance role will report to Rebecca Ma.
What You Will Do :
Enterprise Compliance Strategy & Leadership
Developing and executing Interac's multi-year enterprise compliance strategy and roadmap.
Monitoring regulatory developments, emerging risks, and industry trends to ensure the compliance program remains effective and future-focused.
Advising executive leadership and the Board on compliance program effectiveness, risks, priorities, and strategic direction.
Governance, Risk & Compliance Enablement
Leading the development and maintenance of enterprise compliance policies, standards, frameworks, and governance structures.
Supporting and advancing Interac's Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) program to strengthen consistency and accountability across the organization.
Ensuring regulatory requirements are effectively integrated into business operations and decision-making.
Compliance Oversight & Risk Management
Providing independent oversight, challenge, and guidance on regulatory and compliance risks.
Leading enterprise compliance assessments, gap analyses, and remediation initiatives.
Partnering with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, Internal Audit, Human Resources, and business leaders to strengthen risk management and compliance practices.
Culture, Capability & Leadership
Building, mentoring, and developing a high-performing compliance team.
Driving enterprise-wide compliance awareness, education, and culture initiatives.
Ensuring the compliance function maintains the capability and capacity required to meet evolving regulatory expectations.
Executive & Board Reporting
Developing and delivering executive and Board-level reporting on compliance risks, program maturity, and strategic initiatives.
Leveraging metrics, analytics, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators to support decision-making and organizational transparency.
What You Bring :
A university degree in Business, Management, Law, or a related field.
