1. Plan the daily workload from the BP production plan, blender/supplier and import arrivals, released shipments/trips and the transport schedule; allocate checkers, MHE drivers, equipment and bays between inbound and outbound and re-balance during the day; brief the team at the start-of-shift toolbox talk.
2. Inbound – supervise unloading from production lines, trucks and containers; ensure shipment documents are verified against work order / PO and incoming product checks (quantity, batch, appearance, pack condition, label) are completed per BP inbound quality checks; ensure samples are sent to the BP laboratory and labels / re-labels (including GHS) are correct with the label control form completed.

Outbound – supervise loading of trucks and export containers: safe loading pattern, load restraint, container checklist and photographs per BP procedure; refuse unsafe or unsuitable vehicles; ensure pick / shipment confirmation is completed in WMS so documents can be issued before the vehicle departs; chase open shipments before end of shift.
6. Coordinate with BP production, BP QC, the BP transport team and 3P transporters on arrivals, bay allocation, loading sequence and delays; keep receiving, staging and dispatch areas organised.
7. Manage returned stock and cancelled orders on the floor: receive, inspect, segregate and hand over to inventory control with documentation.
8. Lead the daily cycle count on the floor with the Inventory Administrator and the six-monthly wall-to-wall stock take; perform recounts and support discrepancy investigation.
9. Run and record MHE pre-use checks; stop any forklift with a defect; ensure only trained, authorised drivers operate PME and that 360° and mast cameras are working.
10. Maintain 5S, housekeeping, safe storage conditions and pedestrian / MHE traffic segregation in all areas; conduct the…
