Lean Manufacturing Engineer

The Lean Manufacturing Engineer drives operational excellence by leading continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, eliminate waste, and improve productivity, throughput, and process stability. This role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, material flow, labor utilization, equipment effectiveness, cycle times, layouts, and workflows. Responsibilities include applying Lean tools, facilitating Kaizen events, conducting time studies, establishing standard work, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. The position also develops employee training, supports productivity goals, and maintains a pipeline of measurable improvement projects aligned with plant and business objectives.
