This role will lead learning and development initiatives, oversee leadership and professional development programs, support the organization's performance management processes, and partner with leaders to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and relationship builder who is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations grow and perform at their best. Responsibilities: Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organization's learning and development strategy. Manage and enhance Antler Academy and other employee and leadership development programs. Partner with leaders to identify organizational, team, and individual development needs and implement solutions. Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning experiences focused on leadership, communication, collaboration, performance, and professional growth. Develop learning pathways and career development opportunities that support employee growth, advancement, and internal mobility. Partner with HR and business leaders to support succession planning and talent development initiatives. Lead and continuously improve the organization's performance management philosophy, programs, tools, and processes. Train on goal setting, performance coaching, feedback, development planning, and performance evaluation practices. Partner with leaders to build a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, recognition, and high performance.
