Role Description
You'll own the full L&D lifecycle: identifying the highest-impact problems, architecting solutions across training, culture and workflow, and maintaining the career frameworks that give people a clear path forward. You'll also help managers grow into stronger leaders, support engagement initiatives, and manage the HRDC grants that fund it all.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants more than a checklist — you define the outcome, build the approach, coordinate stakeholders, and see it through to measurable impact.
What You Will Be Doing
Diagnose and strategise — Identify the org's highest-impact learning and culture problems using data, feedback and observation, and define roadmaps to solve them.
Design and deliver learning programs — Architect training, culture and workflow solutions — including leadership development for people managers — and coordinate facilitators and stakeholders to deliver them.
Career development frameworks — Maintain career growth-path, competency and progression frameworks with managers and leadership, keeping them relevant and actually used, not just published.
Measure impact and iterate — Define success measures for every initiative, evaluate effectiveness, and refine programs based on data and feedback.
