Who we're looking for: Forge Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Clinician to join our Rego Park, Queens clinic. This role includes a mix of in-person and telehealth care, with opportunities to provide individualized therapy and outpatient group therapy for individuals managing mental health and substance use conditions. This position sits in our Queens, NY office and reports directly to our Clinic Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who wants: A flexible W-2 schedule with full-time or part-time options The ability to grow earnings through session volume, incentives, and overtime eligibility A collaborative care environment with strong operational support Purpose-driven work serving Veterans, First Responders, and other high-need populations What you'll be doing: Maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual outpatient and group therapy sessions Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide in-person clinical coverage within the Rego Park clinic Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NY regulations Perform other duties as assigned Why join our team?
