Light Industrial Assembler – 2nd Shift - $20.65/hour plus 10% differential
Monday - Friday | 2:10pm-10:10pm

As an Assembler , you'll be part of a team that takes pride in building world-class plasma cutting systems and subassemblies. Using standard processes, documentation, tools, and technology, you will assemble high-quality products that help our customers succeed every day. Our associates carefully craft each system with attention to detail, safety, and quality, ensuring it meets customer expectations before being shipped around the globe. If you enjoy hands-on work, collaborating with others, and seeing the direct impact of your contributions, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference as part of an associate-owned company.
No experience is necessary. We provide extensive on-the-job training within the team and full support along the way!
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
18 years of age or older
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Attention to detail
Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
Physical Demands:
Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
Control handheld power tools
Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
