LNA Training Track (Support Aide) – Position Overview Elderwood at Burlington offers a paid, comprehensive pathway for individuals who wish to become Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs). Whether you have prior experience as a CNA, LNA, HHA, PCA, or are brand new to the field, this program provides hands-on exposure and structured training that leads to certification and permanent placement as an LNA. Support Aides work alongside our clinical team to assist with basic non-clinical resident care tasks while awaiting entry into the next Nurse Aide Training Program. Once enrolled, participants complete a full three-week paid training program followed by certification testing sponsored by Elderwood. Why Work at Elderwood?
