Today, dōTERRA is the world’s leading essential oils company.   Position Overview We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support the increasing operational complexity of doTERRA’s expanding local and international markets. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end shipping process, ensuring the timely, efficient, and compliant movement of goods across borders. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of transport, documentation, and customs clearance.    Core Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor international and local shipments, including ocean, air, and ground freight for both imports and exports; Timely apprise internal and external stakeholders with pertinent updates; Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of shipping and customs documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and letters of credit; Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to track shipments and resolve delays; Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Incoterms, customs requirements, and import/export laws; Schedule and manage delivery timelines, warehouse receipts, and cargo release; Maintain accurate records of shipments, including references both internal and external, type,…
