ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Loss Prevention Coordinator to protect the company’s inventory, money, assets, employees, and customers, by identifying risks, strengthening controls and coordinating Loss Prevention activities across the assigned region.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Coordinate the Loss Prevention strategy and action plans for the assigned region.
Visit stores regularly to assess risks, conduct audits, and monitor compliance with Loss Prevention procedures.
Identify and address risks related to theft, fraud, inventory loss, safety, and operational risks.
Investigate incidents using all available security systems and resources.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems, and ensure proper functioning.
Analyze loss data, identify trends, and recommend preventive actions.
Deliver Loss Prevention training and support the implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions and prepare relevant reports.
Develop Loss Prevention Action Plans for stores requiring targeted intervention.
Cooperate with the central Loss Prevention team, other departments, and authorities when required.
Requirements
Previous experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Internal Audit, or Risk Management, preferably in retail.
Previous experience as a Store Manager will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions.
Flexibility, Adaptability & Team Spirit.
Very good organizational and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and training skills.
Proactive team player with strong work ethic, committed to continuous self-improvement
Availability for frequent business travel.
Valid Category B driving licence.
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written communication).
Excellent PC knowledge (Ms Office) & experience using applications.
