Your New Role
Pull, route, terminate, and organize low-voltage wiring
Install and trim out wired devices and system components
Install motion detectors, CCTV and surveillance cameras, security equipment, access control components, and fire alarm devices
Assist with wiring and installation of access control systems
Read and follow blueprints, installation drawings, manufacturer instructions, and equipment manuals
Apply basic electrical and low-voltage installation practices in the field
Troubleshoot basic wiring, device, and installation issues
Use ladders and work at heights when required
Maintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and equipment
Work alongside technicians and other team members to complete projects safely and correctly
Take on additional low-voltage installation responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

1–3 years of installation, electrical, low-voltage, or related hands-on experience.
Experience pulling, routing, and terminating low-voltage wire.
Basic understanding of low-voltage electrical systems.
Must be able and willing to use ladders, work at heights, and work in attics or other confined spaces as required for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
