What You'll Do
As an LPN in Skilled Care, you'll play a vital role in ensuring Residents receive high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and coordinating nursing care on your assigned shift
Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
Monitoring Resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
Assisting with the development and updating of Resident Care Plans
Responding to emergency and life-saving situations following established protocols
Collecting and processing specimens for testing
