Remarkable Future starts here Nursery - Children 1st Rosemary Lane Nursery School by Storal Address - Rosemary Lane, Lincoln, LN2 5AT Hours - Monday - Friday 10am till 2pm Monday to Friday all year round Salary: Starting from £12.90 per hour to £13.30 per hour depending on experience and qualifications Qualification - Must hold a Level 2 or above in Childcare Our nursery is thoughtfully designed to support every stage of development. From the calming Tree Room to the exciting Cottage and Construction areas, our indoor spaces are crafted to spark creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning. Outdoors, each age group enjoys their own dedicated area, encouraging exploration in the fresh air. Our Toy Town and Mud Hut provide rich opportunities for imaginative and adventurous play, making every day an exciting journey of discovery. Check out our website to learn about our leaders and the expertise they bring to our Storal community.  About you You are a Level 2 or above qualified, Early Years Educator / Practitioner / Nursery Nurse or similar who enjoys supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children. In other words, you were born to teach and shape the future of our younger generations. You have a natural, nurturing, openness, a warm and positive outlook, and you care about learning and education standards in the UK. What you'll be doing You'll likely start most of your days with a fully formulated plan.... That will soon get completely derailed though... Pivoting when the circumstances call for it is a regular occurrence in child care! Creativity is key. Teaching young children allows for hands on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It’s important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged. Of course we work within the EYFS standards, but that doesn't stop you from engaging your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning. What you'll need A full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years. (We can sometimes consider unqualified Educators, as long as they demonstrate the necessary qualities, values and enthusiasm for working within this environment.
