Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Machine Operator - EHRT located in Dallas, Texas.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Machine Operator - EHRT is responsible for operating a press brake machine to bend, shape, cut, and manipulate sheet metal and metal plates according to specifications.
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What a typical day looks like:
Operates a copper machine to manufacture parts from copper.
Prepares, sets up, and adjusts machine as required by product plans and production schedules.
Ensures that there are sufficient raw materials available.
Measures and aligns materials to be used.
Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Performs routine maintenance on the press brake.
Maintains a clean work area.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience operating industrial machinery
At least one year of experience in metal fabrication or related work preferred.
Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate controls.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow product plans including blueprints and drawings.
Strong attention to detail skills, basic computer and math skills
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to operate industrial machinery
Prolonged periods of standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying materials.
Must be able to lift 35 pounds at a time
Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor
