Key Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to meet daily production targets. Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues on machines to minimize downtime. Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain output quality. Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure products meet company standards. Maintain accurate records of machine settings and production data. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Working hours may vary depending on shift patterns. Requirements Previous experience in machine setting or similar roles within a production environment preferred. Good understanding of machinery operations and mechanical aptitude. Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic machine maintenance. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work varying shifts as required.
