The Machining Supervisor must have extensive experience in machining processes and CNC programming, as well as machining of different materials and welding processes. Is responsible for the supervision of their machining shift as well as developing his technical staff, training them in machining processes and tooling. Ensure the safe productivity of the machining area and the fulfillment of production orders on time. Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase the area's indicators.
