Job Description:
As a Transportation Analyst, you’ll help optimize the movement of product across our global transportation network, supporting the efficient flow of merchandise from origin to destination. You’ll bring together transportation expertise, data and technology to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, improve performance and inform business decisions across our domestic and international network.
You’ll work across multiple modes—including ocean, air, truckload, LTL, intermodal and small parcel—and develop an understanding of how origin, international transportation and destination operations connect to deliver the right product, at the right time and at the right cost. You’ll partner closely with internal Supply Chain teams, transportation service providers and cross-functional business partners to solve problems, improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
This role is for someone who is curious about what the data is telling us—and what it can tell us next. You’ll leverage analytics, visualization, automation, predictive insights and emerging AI capabilities to move beyond reporting what happened to helping the business understand why it happened, what may happen next and what we should do about it.
You’ll also play an important role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our transportation providers. In a highly connected transportation network, you’ll balance partnership and accountability—building trust, collaborating to solve problems and maintaining the confidence to challenge performance and advocate for the business when needed.

Advance predictive and proactive decision-making by using analytics, visualization, automation, emerging AI capabilities and other technologies to anticipate disruptions, improve forecasting and prioritize opportunities.
Build trusted partnerships with transportation service providers, using performance data and regular business reviews to solve problems, strengthen accountability and drive measurable, sustainable improvement.
