Maintenance Lab Technician

Maintenance Lab Technician Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Location: Prattville, AL Job Summary We are hiring a Maintenance Lab Technician to support equipment maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or technical experience who enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and machinery Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues Test, inspect, and evaluate equipment and components Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment Assist with equipment repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance Maintain accurate records of maintenance and testing activities Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Work with team members to identify and resolve equipment issues Perform other maintenance and technical duties as needed Qualifications Previous maintenance, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or technical experience preferred Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment issues Comfortable using hand and power tools Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift Why Apply? $20.00/hour 1st shift: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Consistent daytime schedule Hands-on technical and maintenance experience Opportunity to build your skills in a manufacturing environment IND2
