Maintenance Lead Support

Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok Job Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor is the designated of assisting in the administration of Star IPS and providing support/oversight of rig maintenance activities. Key Responsibility (On going duties and tasks): Conduct STAR IPS Training for Rig Crew and Office personnel. Administrate and assist with close out of Client/Auditor deficiency list items. Provide the necessary support to Rig auditors. Preparing the monthly Downtime report Creating/updating equipment cards for TMOC and Supply Chain Management Department Process Planned Maintenance Change requests. Create/Update forms and reports as required. Conduct on board maintenance/technical audits as required. Assist with the planning and execution of rig 5 yearly recertification/major equipment maintenance. Assist with the coordination of 3rd Party equipment repair/maintenance activities. Assist Tech Support team with management of Synergi actions. Relevant Experience: 3 years as CMMS Administrator/support 4 years in a maintenance supervisory or hands on Electrical/Mechanical maintenance role Required skills: Experienced Planned Maintenance System Administrator. Able to develop Planned Maintenance work scopes. Able to develop Maintenance training materials and conduct training. Familiar with one or more: Star IPS, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Office software, SAP Plant Maintenance and Material Management. Familiar with Planning & Design Software Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
