Black Diamond Coatings is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our maintenance team in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our facility and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and on-demand repairs to maintain the production schedule and ensure each production line operates at maximum efficiency. Own and enhance the PM program and include all new equipment when installed and operational. Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance/PM work to be completed. Ensure all PMs are completed according to the schedule. Research materials or equipment as needed; present findings to the Plant Engineer and team for review. Minimize production line downtime. Manage inventory of critical spare parts and work with outside vendors when necessary. Ensure all plant equipment is cleaned at regularly scheduled intervals to maintain proper operation. Identify, document, and correct all safety-related maintenance issues. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment to ensure equipment reliability, optimum performance, and safety. Inspect, troubleshoot and repair plant machinery and equipment (e.g., pumps, valves, paddle mixers, aggregate elevators, liquid fill machines, shrink wrap machines, forklift, and electrical motors) Manage the facility maintenance to ensure the property is kept in clean, working order.
