As a Maintenance Supervisor in Modesto, CA, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will lead maintenance personnel, drive preventative maintenance initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency. Your leadership will help ensure the site continues to deliver exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers across the globe. Essential Job Functions Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting production and quality requirements. Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, establish work standards, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs for critical manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with production, engineering, and site leadership teams to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence. Support capital projects through planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring strong communication and stakeholder alignment. Champion safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, including adherence to OSHA, FDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards. Coach and develop maintenance team members while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Qualifications & Experience Qualifications & Experience High School Diploma required; Associate degree in a technical or related discipline preferred. 5 years of extensive experience in industrial maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment. 3 years of industrial electrical systems, OSHA requirements, automation technologies, PLC programming, and process controls.
