Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $95,000 - $124,000 annually with additional bonus potential Overview:                                                                                                                         Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the installation, repair and maintenance of facilities and machinery. Will work with technicians and other maintenance employees. Job is to organize and monitor or supervise the maintenance operations of a facility. Maintenance Supervisor also provide technical assistance to department Managers and Maintenance Manager. Ensure Maintenance Technicians and Leads follow all maintenance and safety standards while performing their responsibilities in an organization. Responsibilities: Prepare maintenance schedules in line with the organization’s  maintenance goals  and monitoring PM compliance (SAP recordkeeping will come in to play).  Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary  repair or maintenance . Provide support and advice  during staff recruitment  and ensure the proper onboarding and training process. Oversee and enforce good record-keeping practices (be it pen and paper or through electronic system). Oversee 4 Maintenance Leads and 13 Technicians, with the support of the Maintenance Manager.
