About the Position
This is an industrial/production maintenance position—not a building or facilities maintenance position.
Our facility is looking for an experienced Industrial / Production Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment and process systems that keep our metal-finishing operations running.
The primary focus of this position is production equipment and process maintenance , including pumps, motors, mechanical equipment, production machinery, valves, and the extensive plastic piping systems used to move chemicals throughout our production processes.
You'll respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose mechanical and process problems, perform preventive maintenance, and make repairs that keep production operating safely and efficiently.
The position also requires working knowledge of HVAC and basic plumbing, but candidates whose experience is primarily residential, apartment, commercial-building, or general facilities maintenance will not have the type of experience we're seeking for this position.
We're looking for someone with hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, processing, or production environment —someone who can troubleshoot a problem, determine what's causing it, and make the appropriate repair.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production machinery and equipment.
