Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and fire protection systems in compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards. Responsibilities will include: •    Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, process utilities, and facility infrastructure. •    Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and repair or replace defective parts and components. •    Inspect, test, and maintain electrical panels, wiring, fire alarm systems, sprinklers, and emergency lighting. •    Support process equipment such as pumps, valves, mixers, compressors, and instrumentation devices. •    Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of safety-critical systems, including emergency eyewash stations, ventilation, and spill containment systems. •    Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards. •    Ensure all maintenance work follows lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and hazardous energy control procedures. •    Respond promptly to breakdowns or maintenance requests to minimize downtime. •    Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and repairs in the maintenance management system (CMMS). •    Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades. •    Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to identify and implement process improvements. •    Maintain housekeeping standards in maintenance and plant areas. •    Follow all company, environmental, and safety regulations related to hazardous materials handling. •    Be available to work shifts, weekends, and respond to on-call maintenance requests as needed Required Experience & Knowledge     Educational Requirements:  •  …
