The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain our Cardlock Facilities on a regularly scheduled route. This is an entry-level position for maintenance work to be performed at Wilcox & Flegel facilities throughout the Northwest. Facilities include but are not limited to Convenience Store/Gas Stations, Card Lock Fueling facilities, Bulk Petroleum Terminals, Office Buildings, Warehouses, and other company support facilities. Responsibilities include facility cleaning; pressure washing, parking lot debris cleanup and removal, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning fuel dispensers, and basic fuel pump part maintenance and repair. Performs regular inspection and testing of petroleum equipment to ensure proper function. [NW1] Records parts and materials used and requests new parts and materials through computerized maintenance management system software. Completes basic facility maintenance and repair, including but not limited to; non-license required basic electrical and plumbing work, HVAC cleaning and preventive maintenance, and light construction work.
