Build training programs that support employee development, equipment competency, regulatory compliance, and safe work practices.
Work directly with Maintenance Foremen and Supervisors to identify training needs and develop effective peer trainers.

Your New Role
Work full-time at the Lucky Friday Mine in Mullan, Idaho, supporting maintenance training in an underground mining environment.
Develop, administer, and maintain maintenance training plans and programs covering mobile equipment, fixed plant, electrical, and mill operations.
Deliver classroom, initial, task, equipment, and underground equipment training for maintenance employees and new hires.
Partner with Maintenance Foremen and Supervisors to identify training needs and develop trainers for maintenance tasks and equipment.
Develop and oversee a train-the-trainer program using salaried and hourly employees for peer training.
Evaluate trainer effectiveness and make recommendations regarding trainer participation.
Build training schedules for new employees and ensure required training areas are adequately covered.
Create training outlines, instructional materials, and supporting documentation as needed.
Help ensure consistent training for maintenance tasks and equipment.
Track completed equipment training, required retraining, new equipment task training, and equipment usage observations.
Maintain the training matrix and coordinate required retraining.
Audit training documentation and field practices for compliance and effectiveness.
