This role provides technical leadership and governance across engineering teams, driving automation adopti on, mentoring team members, and partnering with business, product, development, DevOps, and vendor resources to ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that align with organizational objectives. Strategic Quality Leadership• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level automated testing frameworksusing Tricentis Tosca and other automation technologies.• Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's quality engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase automation coverage, reduce testing cycle times, and enhance software quality across the organization.• Identify and recommend testing solutions, tools, and processes that can be leveraged across multiple value streams and technology teams. Enterprise Collaboration & Enablement• Partner with product, development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to understand testing needs and design scalable automation solutions that support delivery objectives.• Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for quality engineering best practices across the organization.• Establish and maintain automation standards, governance frameworks, and guardrails to ensure consistency and sustainability across teams.• Support the successful adoption of automation frameworks by providing guidance, training, and consultation to engineering teams. Mentorship & Community Building• Mentor and coach QA engineers, automation engineers, and team members on automation best practices, test design, quality engineering principles, and framework utilization.• Accelerate onboarding and development of team members by providing technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and hands-on support.• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to promote maintainable, scalable, and reusable automation solutions.• Foster a culture of quality ownership and continuous learning throughout the organization.
