Management Trainee - Inside Sales

Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team by generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and scheduling product demos. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in sales, communication, and client handling. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings Qualify leads based on interest and requirements Schedule product demos for the sales team Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions Maintain and update data in CRM regularly Coordinate with the sales team for smooth demo execution Requirements: Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, English,preferred) Basic understanding of sales and customer handling Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach Ability to handle calls and rejections positively Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
