Management Trainee

Management Trainee – Project Management We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Project Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on exposure in project coordination, work closely with project leads and senior stakeholders, and grow within a fast-paced, product-driven environment. What You'll Do Support project managers and leads in planning, tracking, and executing projects across teams Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time Prepare and maintain project documentation — plans, status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes Monitor task progress and flag risks or delays proactively to the relevant leads Assist in identifying process gaps and support implementation of improvements Facilitate inter-team communication to keep all stakeholders aligned Track project statuses and prepare regular updates for management review Ensure adherence to project workflows, standards, and company policies What We're Looking For MBA (any specialization); Project Management or Supply Chain background is a plus 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management; prior exposure to a product-based company or startup is an advantage — freshers are welcome Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and presentation ability Solid organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.) is a plus Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High sense of ownership, accountability, and a collaborative attitude
