Position Overview
The Manager, Commercial Analytics & Reporting is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Human Resources, and other business functions to transform complex data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
The Manager, Commercial Analytics & Reporting will design and maintain business intelligence solutions, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure data integrity, and identify opportunities to improve business performance through analytics and process optimization. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner, providing leadership with timely insights that support commercialization, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
Essential Functions
Support patient-level analytics including patient journey analysis, treatment persistence, adherence, and line of therapy sequencing.
Support sales force effectiveness (SFE) analytics including HCP targeting, call activity, reach and frequency reporting, and field performance tracking.
Support incentive compensation (IC) reporting including territory performance tracking and quota attainment.
