We’re looking for a Manager, Corporate Affairs to lead the strategy, messaging, and engagement efforts that strengthen and protect ATC’s reputation. Essential Responsibilities: Why This Role Matters As Manager, Corporate Affairs, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and lead initiatives that shape how ATC is perceived by employees, customers, regulators, media, community leaders, and other key stakeholders. •  Develop and execute corporate affairs strategies that align communications with business goals. •  Influence executive messaging and organizational storytelling. •  Strengthen ATC’s reputation with external audiences and community stakeholders. •  Lead media relations and proactive brand visibility initiatives. •  Advance corporate giving, sponsorships, and community investment programs. •  Guide crisis communications planning and response efforts during critical business situations. •  Lead and develop a talented team of communications professionals. •  Demonstrate measurable business value through impactful communications programs. What You'll Do •  Build an integrated corporate affairs strategy that supports ATC’s business priorities and long-term reputation goals. •  Elevate ATC’s visibility and credibility across media, industry, and community audiences. •  Enhance executive communication effectiveness and messaging consistency ·       Maximize the impact of corporate giving and sponsorship investments. •  Strengthen crisis communication readiness and executive response capabilities. •  Create meaningful development opportunities for your team. •  Implement metrics and reporting that demonstrate communications effectiveness and organizational impact. What You'll Bring You are a strategic communicator who understands how strong relationships, thoughtful messaging, and proactive engagement influence organizational success. •  7+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public affairs, public relations, corporate affairs, or strategic communications. •  Experience advising senior executives on messaging, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management. •  Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level communication strategies. •  Media relations expertise and experience managing high-profile communications initiatives. •  Experience leading…
