This pivotal position assumes full end-to-end accountability for the digital merchandising plan, including strategic assortment curation, advanced inventory oversight, and rigorous alignment with enterprise-wide business objectives. The incumbent will deliver ambitious growth targets, safeguard profitability, and champion an exceptional customer experience, ultimately shaping the trajectory and long-term success of UNIQLO Canada's online channel.  Key Responsibilities:   Sales Planning & Business Performance    Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end e-commerce sales planning on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis, spanning divisions, categories, and key product lines.  Conduct in-depth, data-driven analyses of sales performance versus plan, year-over-year trends, and forecasts to proactively identify business risks and unlock growth opportunities.  Oversee, synthesize, and interpret a comprehensive suite of e-commerce KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, UPT, sell-through, stock availability, and markdown efficiency, to inform high-impact strategic decision-making.  Deliver high-level strategic business insights and develop actionable plans to drive significant improvements in sales performance and profitability.  Digital Merchandising Strategy   Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive digital merchandising strategies across homepage, category, product listing, landing, and campaign pages, in close partnership with the site operations team.  Strategically optimize product visibility and placement, leveraging business priorities, customer demand, seasonality, inventory dynamics, and emerging market trends to maximize commercial impact.  Cultivate strong cross-functional collaborations with site operations and marketing teams to ensure prominent, on-brand online representation of key products, new launches, high-profile promotions, and seasonal campaigns.  Champion ongoing improvements to customer navigation, product discoverability, and the overall online shopping experience, setting new benchmarks for digital excellence.  Assortment, Inventory & Size Optimization   Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory Control teams to drive optimal e-commerce product assortment strategies.  Proactively identify…
