How You Will Make History Here… The Manager, Engineering, will lead and manage all functions and activities within the Engineering organization, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the professional development of the team. What You Will Do … Leadership: Lead an Engineering organization of employees, including Project Engineers and Controls Technicians. Balance the needs and development of a diverse team of engineers, project managers, and technicians while ensuring high performance and morale. Financial: Manage capital execution, encompassing strategic planning, budgeting, and overall project execution. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. Efficiency Improvement: Partner with Plant Staff and key stakeholders to enhance overall efficiency and cost model of the Plant, driving innovation and improving product quality. Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance plant efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality and innovation. Technology Solutions: Collaborate with Corporate Engineering, Plant Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain functions to develop and deliver technology solutions that meet project success criteria. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards while effectively managing risks and unforeseen issues. Process Execution: Oversee the execution of all Engineering work processes in assigned projects, ensuring compliance with Capital Management processes and Company Policy.
